Training can be offered on-site or virtually and structured in several ways: one-on-one coaching with pastors or ministry leaders; small-group training with key staff, techs, or team leaders; or large-group workshops that bring together volunteers, multiple ministries, or even the entire church leadership team.

Hands-on training for building and running effective presentations for worship services, special events, and ministry environments. Topics can include setup, media organization, templates, worship workflows, operator training, troubleshooting, and developing consistent presentation practices.
Planning Center & Ministry Systems
Learn how to make Planning Center and your ministry systems work more effectively for your team. Training can include service planning, volunteer scheduling, team communication, organization, and creating practical workflows that simplify ministry rather than complicate it.
Media & Production Training
Practical training for the people behind your services and events. Sessions can cover livestreaming, video, audio, lighting, presentation systems, and production workflows, helping both new and experienced volunteers understand the technology while also seeing how their role contributes to the overall ministry experience.
Creative & Communications Training
Equip your team to communicate your ministry's message clearly, consistently, and creatively. Training can include Canva, graphic design fundamentals, social media, branding, promotional materials, content development, and church communications, with practical tools your team can begin using immediately.
Worship & Volunteer Team Development
Training isn't only about technology. These sessions focus on developing the people behind the ministry, including worship teams, creative teams, technical volunteers, and ministry leaders. Topics can include preparation, communication, organization, leadership, volunteer development, team culture, and building systems that help people serve well.
