Sometimes the most powerful ministry doesn't happen on the platform. It happens in the parking lot. After 12 years in ministry, I found myself on the other side of the church welcome experience, and what an eye-opener! A simple handshake, a genuine smile, and a hearty belly laugh reminded me that true hospitality isn't a program or a trained team. It's a culture of Christlike love that makes strangers feel like family before the first song is ever sung.

Artificial intelligence is everywhere.

Depending on who you talk to, AI is either going to solve all our problems or create a whole new set of them. And within the Church, there are understandable questions about where AI belongs, how it should be used, and whether it should be used at all.

I use AI.

I use it regularly in creative work and ministry. But I think the key is understanding what AI is and what it isn't.

AI is a tool.

And like every other tool available to the Church, its value depends largely on how we use it.

Sometimes God gives you a vision long before He gives you the timing.

IH3 Designs has always been part of the plan. We just didn't know when God would use it.

The name In Your Hand Designs was born all the way back in 2003, from the story of Moses and the simple question God asked him:

"What is that in your hand?"

That question has stayed with us for more than two decades.

What has God already placed in our hands? What gifts, experiences, relationships, resources, and opportunities has He given us that could be used for His Kingdom?

We named IH3 Designs in 2003. We dreamed about what it might become. We used it here and there along the way. But the timing never seemed quite right to fully step into it.

Now, in 2026, we believe it is finally ready to fly.
